If your book has not arrived

Missing files are usually a delivery issue. Before writing, check your spam folder and promotions tab, as the email may have gone there.

If it is not there, reply to the Hotmart purchase email so I can check the order. You do not need an order number; use the email address you paid with.

Refunds

Every order has a 7-day money-back guarantee. To ask for a refund, just reply to the purchase email you got from Hotmart. A file that will not open or a payment taken twice gets put right the same way. Terms
